La plupart du temps, une fois arrêtés, ces détenus restent incommunicados et ils sont soumis à des traitements choquants et inhumains. Parmi les traitements inhumains qu'ils nous ont décrits, il y a la simulation de noyade, les coups sévères, les attaques de chiens.”

Nous savons que le principal contributeur, les États-Unis, a indiqué qu'il ne pourra pas soutenir l'Agence avant mars 2025.”
