Mais je dirais aussi que pour beaucoup de jeunes enfants là-bas, en particulier les moins de deux ans, qui ont montré des signes sérieux de malnutrition, de déshydratation et d'anémie, ainsi que pour les mères enceintes et les nouvelles mères, je pense que les dommages au potentiel de développement de beaucoup de ces jeunes personnes ont probablement été affectés d'une manière dont ils ne se remettront peut-être jamais et n'atteindront jamais leur plein potentiel.”

Et avoir toutes les routes et tous les points d'entrée vers le nord et ailleurs ouverts, c'est la meilleure façon de faire face à la crise humanitaire, à la famine que vous avez mentionnée comme imminente, comme l'indique le rapport.”
