Mais je dirais aussi que pour beaucoup de jeunes enfants là-bas, en particulier les moins de deux ans, qui ont montré des signes sérieux de malnutrition, de déshydratation et d'anémie, ainsi que pour les mères enceintes et les nouvelles mères, je pense que les dommages au potentiel de développement de beaucoup de ces jeunes personnes ont probablement été affectés d'une manière dont ils ne se remettront peut-être jamais et n'atteindront jamais leur plein potentiel.”

El Niño confirmed, extreme weather events will be more intense, says WMO
The UN urged all countries on Tuesday to bolster early warning systems after confirming the onset of El Niño, warning that the Pacific Ocean-warming phenomenon will bring above-average temperatures “nearly everywhere” and fuel more extreme weather.
