Les personnes interrogées par la Commission ont rappelé avoir vu un grand nombre de corps dans les rues, dans les décombres de leurs maisons et dans les hôpitaux de la ville.”

Nous avons constaté qu'à l'été 2023, les forces armées russes ont mené des attaques indiscriminées dans la ville d'Odessa, affectant plusieurs bâtiments et la cathédrale de la Transfiguration située dans le centre historique.”
