Soudan : Des dizaines de millions de civils subissent encore le poids d'une guerre qu'ils n'ont pas choisie
Les agences humanitaires ont marqué vendredi les 1 000 jours de guerre au Soudan avec un rappel sombre que le conflit a créé la plus grande crise de la faim au monde et la plus grande urgence de déplacement. Chaque jour, les civils « paient le prix d'une guerre qu'ils n'ont pas choisie », a déclaré le bureau de coordination des affaires humanitaires de l'ONU, OCHA.

Les enfants continuent d'être tués et blessés. Cette semaine seulement, huit enfants auraient été tués dans une attaque à Al Obeid, au Nord-Kordofan.”

The report I am presenting today is yet another chapter in the chronicle of cruelty. It outlines clear, ongoing patterns of violence against civilians, including killings, rape, and torture. As the fighting has intensified, violations of international law by all parties to the conflict have surged, while accountability has remained practically absent,” he said.
