Dans la résolution 53/30 (14 juillet 2023), le Conseil des droits de l'homme a demandé au Haut-Commissaire des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme de continuer à présenter une mise à jour orale sur les conclusions de chacun des rapports du Bureau du Haut-Commissaire sur la situation des droits de l'homme en Ukraine au Conseil des droits de l'homme à chacune de ses sessions, jusqu'à sa cinquante-neuvième session, et avant la fin de 2023 et 2024, chacune devant être suivie d'un dialogue interactif.
