On estime que 2,6 milliards de personnes sont hors ligne, en baisse par rapport à l'estimation révisée de 2,8 milliards pour l'année 2023.”

Et certaines technologies peuvent être communautaires pour s'assurer que les communautés ont accès.”

The digital world that connects children to learning, community and creativity also expose them to real risks, to their safety, to their privacy, and to their well-being.
