Évidemment, cela inclut de nombreuses maladies comme la dengue, la rage et diverses maladies qui augmentent dans des régions où nous ne les voyions jamais auparavant. Le paludisme a même augmenté et nous voyons qu'il se manifeste dans des pays où il n'existait jamais auparavant.”

Mais ce sont les nouvelles régions où la chaleur n'était jamais un tel problème et est devenue un problème auquel nous sommes confrontés avec certaines des blessures aiguës que nous voyons aujourd'hui. Nous avons donc une liste d'exemples de politiques détaillées, d'exemples de négociations collectives, mais aussi des programmes de sensibilisation et de formation qui traitent de tous les dangers que j'ai mentionnés, du contrôle des maladies vectorielles à la pollution de l'air en passant par les pesticides.”
